Graffiti has been brought to the attention of myself in one of the walkways on Wellington Court, Accrington. If you have any information in relation to this, or when it occured then please get in touch by replying to this message. 

NPT are also aware that on and off youths have been hanging around these walkways and causing a nuisance so please be assured that patrols will be stepped up and being monitored at reported times. 

This behaviour is not acceptable and I would ask if you know anyone that chooses to use these locations to hang around,  please find an alternative as it can cause considerable distress to residents.
