Good Morning Resident,

We have received reports of a vehicle being stolen in the Earnsdale Road area possibly during the early hours of Wednesday morning(18/04/24) and also another report of someone going through an insecure vehicle .These incidents are being investigated and progressed .

Can we take this opportunity to remind people to double check the vehicles are locked when leaving ,we understand that people have busy lifestyles and have pressures in running households etc with childcare and the likes .

We are aware that the community have their own chat groups that we are not privy to and you chat to each other on these platforms, can we ask that anything suspicious is reported via 101 or through the online reporting option at www.lancashirepolice.uk  so that we can look into the reports.
