A 31yr old male has today been arrested on suspicion of  by officers in Trafford. The offender has entered a shop in Sale, picked up a whole carton of chocolate bars and tried to leave without paying. Upon being asked by staff not to steal, the offender has elbowed the member of staff in the face causing an injury and ran off. The suspect is well known to us and has been arrested and is currently in custody awaiting interview.
