Dear resident,

           We are working closely with the local Swansea Council housing team to identify and address issues within the community.

We are aware that on occasions residents are seeing concerning or unstable behaviour.  Behaviour that is possibly mental health related rather than criminal.
Many residents have flagged this up with housing but only on a few occasions Police have been called.

We would encourage witnesses to report incidents of concern to Police, via 999 if necessary so that we can provide the relevant help and support and take the relevant actions.
