Dear All 

Cheltenham Neighbourhood Watch Association Bi-ennial General Meeting

I am delighted to invite you to the above meeting being held at the Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham GL50 9SA on Wednesday evening 15th May at 6:30pm and I hope you will join us. This Association was set up in 1999 to support coordinators and promote Neighbourhood Watch in Cheltenham. 

This year’s meeting we will have a presentation from Inspector Ash Shingler of Crime Reduction and who is responsible for the Crime Reduction team. He has a good insight on how to help us with our crime prevention activities.

The meeting will start at 6:30 and finish at 8:00pm if not before. The meeting will cover the following: -

The minutes of the previous meeting will be circulated shortly, along with notification of the constitution changes and officers’ election forms. These may be sent out by the Alert System so please keep an eye out.
