To all road users in the North Yorkshire area, Please be aware the Travelling Community are likely to be travelling through North Yorkshire over the next few weeks on their way to the Appleby Horse fair. Please drive with caution and consideration. There will be a number of horse drawn vehicles which are likely to be using our rural roads. 

Drive slowly if you come across horse drawn vehicles and overtake with consideration for oncoming traffic and the horse
