Arrest

Over the last couple of days we have received reports of a male who likes to walk into Tesco Express in Belper and leave without paying for his groceries. 
Unfortunately for him Belper SNT  were on the case and we soon had the male in cuffs when he was least expecting it before he could commit his next supermarket sweep.
