Dear Resident,

At 7pm on 20/11/2023, the victim left their vehicle with the keys in the ignition and engine running on Caister Street, Ingrow. They were transferring some packages into a nearby address. Unknown person/s entered the vehicle and drove it away while the victim was inside the address. 

The vehicle was later found abandoned and was recovered by the owner.
