A rucksack with no name or identification was found in Newport tonight.

We understand the owner had made enquiries in Newport Library to see if it had been handed in.

It has since been found and has now been left in the Library, should the owner wish to go and collect it.

If you know the owner, please let them know as they may not be on Neighbourhood Matters.
