Staffordshire Police have received reports of rogue traders claiming to be roofers targeting residents in the Parkside area of Stafford. These individuals are asking for large cash payments up front and do not do the work you have payed for! 

🔴 What to look out for: 

. Cold callers offering roofing or repair services. 

. Requests for immediate, large cash payments. 

.Pressuring tactics or unrealistic quotes. 

🟢 How to protect yourself:

. Do not agree to work from doorstep callers. 

. Ask for ID and verify the company before agreeing to any services. 

. Avoid paying cash in advance for work.
