Have you seen PCSO Natalie Hayes and PSV Allan Skilbeck whilst they have been on patrol 

on Operation Present? 

Following over 500 door knocks, PCSO Natalie and her team have moved on to the Wooldale area to continue with welfare and support visits to vulnerable residents. 

PCSO Natalie said that they have come across people who don't currently have any support in place, so she has been making the required referrals to try to gain some help for the residents. 

PCSO Natalie said that her visits have been welcomed and, in some cases, she has been the only person some of the residents have seen for weeks. 

Operation Present will continue in Filey. If you receive a visit from someone claiming to be from the Police, you can take a note of their name, lock your door and call 101. Provide the details to the call taker, who will verify the officer at the door. The 101 call taker will talk you through the process, and our officers will wait patiently.
