Each year, an average of 28,000 people are killed or seriously injured on the roads in the UK - and research has shown that speed is often a contributing factor. In Devon & Cornwall, local groups - including Community Speed Watch teams - are working together to reduce the number of fatal and serious collisions on our roads.
