Its been another busy and successful week for St Michaels team 2!

This week we have:-

Arrested a wanted male for a recall to prison

Arrested a male for illegally entering the country

Joined our colleagues at Coventry council in carrying out patrols in and around the city centre

Carried out a crime prevention event as part of the St Annes Christmas Fete

Officers carried out reassurance visits to victims of crimes this week, providing crime prevention advice and items such as door alarms, personal alarms and 24 hr timers for electrical items such as lamps.

Attended over 20 priority calls for service in and around the city centre

Along with our daily work of investigating crimes on our neighbourhood area, collecting CCTV, taking statements and identifying suspects.

We have seen an increase in burglary and car break ins over the last week, unfortunately this can become more apparent at this time of year. 

Remember not to leave any valuables on show in your car/vehicle

If you buy new electrical items such as televisions or laptops/computers- try not to leave the empty boxes outside your property- this can advertise there are high value items inside.

If you see anything suspicious or unusual, let us know! We rely on the people in our communities to keep us informed of what is happening
