Arrest News |

On Thursday 21st May officers arrested a male at his home address in Lambeth. He was arrested in connection with an assault using a baseball bat near Westminster Cathedral in January. He was also charged with possessing an offensive weapon after officers found a zombie knife in his residence; he is also facing modern day slavery charges pertaining to his exploitation of minors in selling drugs around Victoria & Pimlico. His record shows 17 pending prosecutions, many relating to local drug dealing but also to County Lines offences as far afield as Sussex and Cornwall. The suspect is currently on remand in prison ahead of his trial; it is our intention to apply for a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) upon his conviction. If granted, this would prohibit him from entering large parts of Westminster for up to five years. Local ward officers have been central to the ongoing police effort to bring this individual to justice. We have arrested him several times and have fed valuable intelligence material into the system linking him to other offences.
