SNT secure two full Closure Orders

Community Update

We would like to update residents that your local Safer Neighbourhoods Team has successfully obtained two full premises closure orders within the past week.

These orders have been secured following ongoing concerns relating to crime and anti-social behaviour associated with the addresses. One premises was linked to suspected sex work, while the second address was associated with drug use. 

Closure orders are a significant enforcement tool and have been put in place to protect the community, reduce harm, and prevent further disorder. This action reflects our ongoing commitment to tackling issues that negatively impact the safety and wellbeing of local residents. We continue to work closely with partner agencies to address underlying issues and ensure long-term improvements in the area.

We would like to thank residents for their continued support and for reporting concerns, which plays a crucial role in helping us take action.

We would also like to take this opportunity to introduce and welcome our new team Sergeant, PS Bristow, who has recently rejoined the Safer Neighbourhoods Team.
