Police Spiking Intensification Week

Spiking Intensification Week has been launched to address the growing concerns around spiking incidents in the UK following the December 2023 release of the Government’s statutory report on spiking.

Police forces across the country are encouraged to participate, with many already implementing dedicated plans to intensify their actions. While the week of action is pivotal, it also highlights the broader, ongoing commitment of law enforcement and local authorities to tackle this issue year-round, especially during high-risk periods like Freshers’ Week.
