Multi Scheme Administrators are Neighbourhood Watch volunteers who spend countless hours keeping the information on the Neighbourhood Alert database up to date and relevant. Their help is regularly recognised and rewarded by VISAV Ltd and we are delighted to see that Northamptonshire Police have formally recognised the value of local MSAs, Andy Crisp, Alan Earle and Ian Fearnly, for their contribution to Rapport training across their entire Neighbourhood Policing Team.
