Dear Resident,

I am investigating a Theft From Motor Vehicle which has occurred between 23:00hrs-2310hrs on Sunday 29th September 2024 around CHATSWORTH ROAD area of Oakley Vale, close to the lakes. Of note, the offender is believed to have arrived on a push bike and possibly armed with a hammer.

I am appealing for anybody who may have any information which may be relevant to my investigation. 

Did you see anybody in the area around this time? Did you witness any suspicious activity? Do you have any CCTV or Doorbell footage which may show any activity between the stated times above?
