I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding your role as a coordinator for the Neighbourhood Watch scheme in your area.

As part of our commitment to GDPR compliance and to ensure the continued effectiveness of our community initiatives, we need to confirm the current status of each neighbourhood watch scheme. We have noticed that some schemes, including yours, have low membership numbers or, in some cases, no additional members beyond the coordinators.

To ensure that your scheme is still active and operating, we kindly ask you to confirm if you would like to continue coordinating the Neighbourhood Watch in your area. If we do not receive a response by 01/12/2024, we will assume that the scheme is no longer being run and may proceed with its removal due to non-engagement and ensuring data is being kept in accordance with GDPR. As an Association, we are GDPR Committed.
