Police updates

Dear Resident

Your local neighbourhood team have been carrying out high visibility patrols in all our neighbourhoods. Engaging with members of the public from our local communities. A school visit was conducted and a knife crime input was delivered to year 8,9&10 students.

A stolen vehicle was recovered earlier in the week from the Chuckery area.

Officers have been dealing with a variety of logs and calls to service and working alongside our partner agencies to help and support members of the public.

A community event was held in Palfrey Community Hub and local officers along with other partners attended to meet residents from the local community, Police, Local Authority, James Brindley foundation, Palfrey big local and others all attended this event to help support the community.

Not all members of the public are comfortable calling the police, and we do understand that. However gathering intelligence is crucial to resolving crimes. This is where CrimeStoppers comes into it's own.

Speak up about crime.
