Network Rail engineers have fixed the barriers - the railway crossing on Marshland Road is now fully open.

3.25pm Monday 4th November 2024.

Please be aware there are issues with the barriers at the Marshland Road rail crossing in Moorends.

One of the barriers is permanently down causing some slight traffic congestion.

National Rail have deployed an engineer who is expected to be on site within the next two hours.

Officers are on scene assisting with traffic management.
