I'm writing to thank residents who spoke to officers this afternoon during our reassurance patrols in Cotlandswick, London Colney. It is important to us to understand any problems affecting the community so we can target our patrols effectively. Antisocial behaviour can manifestm itself in different ways and it disproportionately affects the most vulnerable people in our community.
