Good afternoon

Within my role at Merseyside Police, I work with young people wishing to take part in our Volunteer Police Cadet Scheme.  This is a year long scheme for students who were born between 01/09/07 - 31/08/08.  It is a personal development scheme that is run on a Saturday morning between 10am - 12pm during term time at Rose Hill Police Station in Liverpool.  The young people do get to have a behind the scenes look at what goes on within different departments as well as the team encouraging them to take part in voluntary events within the local community.  This is all done with the supervision of CRB checked and fully trained staff and Police Officers.

Recruitment is open now and is likely to be open until Friday 22nd November.
