Dear all, 

West Mercia Police have been working alongside Malvern hills district council to provide the residents of Hallow with fully funded (by the council) smart water for you to use in your own home. If we have missed you, you should have received a note through your door to explain that we had been there and why, from that note you should be able to sign up/request smart water.
