Dear Resident

We are appealing for witnesses in relation to an incident where around 2 to 3 weeks ago (exact date unknown). It has been reported that a male who has been claiming to be an Uber driver has approached a lone female and asked her to get into his vehicle whilst also making inappropriate comments.
