Neighbourhood Alert Subject: Possible Rogue Traders Operating in Cosham/Paulsgrove Area.

Dear Residents, We want to make you aware of suspected rogue traders currently operating in the Cosham and Paulsgrove area. These individuals are targeting residents with unsolicited offers for landscaping and home improvement work, often at inflated prices or with poor quality results. 

We ask everyone to remain vigilant. Do not agree to any work on your home that you have not arranged in advance and avoid making any upfront payments. Rogue traders often pressure residents, especially the elderly or vulnerable into making quick decisions. 

If you have a Ring doorbell or other security camera, please review footage from the past three days for any unfamiliar landscape gardeners or individuals canvassing within your area. Any details, such as descriptions of the individuals or vehicles, could be very helpful to our investigation.
