As we approach wintertime and the nights are drawing closer, it’s important to keep on top of your home security and ensure you’re taking the steps to keep your home secure and help deter potential crime. 

To help with this, we’re holding a Safer Streets event. What is this event 

It’s an event to help raise awareness around crime while also increasing security levels within the community. This means specific houses and areas are being given free home security upgrades to help increase their security levels. 

This event is being held on the 15th of November 2024 at Oadby and Wigston Council Offices (Brocks Hill Council Offices LE2 5JJ) from 1PM – 6PM.

If you are eligible, please ensure you bring photo ID and a council tax/utility bill with you to collect your free pack.
