Christmas Lights Switch On

Good morning,

This Saturday at midday Ore Oduba, Strictly champ and star of Aladdin, this year’s panto at the Assembly Hall Theatre, will be switching on the Christmas lights with the help of Father Christmas. Our very own KMFM presenters will be hosting the event, which includes live music from Absolute Gospel Choir and the Rock Choir.

This Saturday, November 16 at Royal Victoria Place in Tunbridge Wells from 12 noon

We are aware that many young people will be attending the event. In previous years there has been incidents of violence and under age drinking, which has overshadowed this community event.

Police will be in attendance at the event this year and we would like to encourage anyone intending to attend this family event, to do so in a sensible and responsible manner. Any offences and incidents of Anti Social Behaviour will be dealt with robustly. we hope this event can go ahead, in a manner in which everyone can enjoy.

Kind Regards
