Officers from Whitefield's Neighbourhood policing team were out in force today conducting a traffic operation on Manchester Road.

45 vehicles were stopped resulting in various offences ranging from use of mobile phones / vehicle registration defects / no seat belts / drug driving and speeding.

Officers from the Whitefield neighbourhood team would like to thank the drivers involved for their patience and perseverance during this operation.
