With Christmas coming up, E-Scooters may be on the top of some people's Christmas wish list.

However, buyer beware!! You cannot use a privately owned E-Scooter on the road, pavement or in a public space. To do so is an offence under Section 165a of The Road Traffic Act 1888 and you risk receiving a large fine, points on your driving licence and your E-Scooter being seized.
