Dear Resident, In addition to the six recovered vehicles I updated you about last week, a further 4 stolen vehicles have also been recovered in recent days. On 14/11/2024 at 04:53 we received a 999 call to Newcome Road, Shenley reporting that 2 motorbikes had been stolen from a garage. Several officers from the Hertsmere response team were dispatched to the area. Whilst en route, we received a second call from Boswell Close, Shenley reporting 3 males on 3 bikes who the caller had disturbed, abandoning to the two stolen motorbikes. Officers were sent to locate the stolen motorbikes which were returned to the owner. The suspects' moped was also located which is also believed to be stolen - this has been seized and has undergone forensic analysis, with enquiries ongoing to try and identify the suspects.This morning, 16/11/2024, at 03:24 we received a 999 call for Holmshill Lane, South Mimms reporting that a stolen motorbike from Beech Drive, Radlett was tracking to this location. Officers from Hertsmere response team were dispatched and located the stolen motorbike which had been abandoned.
