This week we secured the charges for 4 Burglary offences where parcels were stolen from communal areas of flats. 

Please be aware especially with Christmas approaching. That you take extra care when having parcels delivered. Where available, make your courier aware of the secure parcel boxes within the flats and request they do not leave on top of lockers or just left in the post room. As this makes it easy for thieves to take these items. 

Be extra vigilant of the buildings security. Do not let others into the blocks if you do not know who they are. let them enter using their security fobs and passwords.
