There has been a residential burglary in the Knaresborough area, whilst the residents were away from home. 

If you are going away for any period of time please ensure your property is secure and there are no signs of the your house being empty - lights on timers, let the neighbours know to keep a watch out. 

If you see anything suspicious in your neighbourhood please call in, it's better to be safe than sorry.
