On Saturday 9th November, officers from Tamworth Police and South Staffs Neighbourhood Team worked collaboratively
in response to intelligence regarding a number of suspected stolen tools at a property in the Walsall area.

Officers attended the address and a 25 year old male was arrested for handling stolen goods and possession with intent to supply a controlled substance.

A search of the property uncovered up to 50 suspected stolen items including tools, clothing and a quantity of cannabis.

The male has been bailed pending further enquiries and officers are working to return the suspected stolen items to their original owners over the coming weeks.
