ASB week - Day 1

Today's been the start of ASB awareness week.

It started off at Sussex Circus where PCSOs NORTHOVER-BREWER, BARTOS and PC WALLACE were there with some of our partner agencies, Derbyshire Fire Service, Derby Homes and the Public Protection Officers. We had the marked Police car and the Fire engine. The young kids got to have a look inside the vehicles and goodies and leaflets were given out to all who attended.

Later on PCSOs WAITES and WINGFIELD went on a joint patrol around Derby Racecourse  Leisure United Hub doing hotspot patrolling as part of ASB week.

PCSO POTTER attended Beufort Primary school for another session of mini police to talk about the different roles in the Police.

Afterwards she was joined by PCSO SHAW to conduct some missing person enquiries in the Chaddesden area, she has since been found safe and well.

PC MIDDLETON-REES and PC GUNN sighted and arrested a male who was wanted x 10 for a number of offences.

PC ATTERBY and some of the PCSOs attended Spondon for a missing person, searches were conducted around the area and they also attended Derby City to help search where he was found a short while later.

All in a days works.
