Thank you for completing the Co-ordinator Registration Form which has allowed me to progress your registration and approval of the PE8 Cotterstock Meadows Oundle (E0287) NHW Scheme.

Please note I have taken the details from Bovis Homes web site to name the scheme using Cotterstock - you had used the term Cottestock without the ‘r’.

At present the mapping system on Neighbourhood Alert does not give sufficient clarity to accurately plot the scheme to correspond with the estate boundaries.

This is important because the area plotted will determine if residents addresses are within the scheme.  Please keep me advised on the extent of the estate development as I will need to amend the map boundaries on Neighbourhood Alert.

When you next login to you NHW registration you should see more detail of the 

NHW scheme and current membership.  There a few residents registered on the Neighbourhood Alert system and I have ‘moved’ them into the scheme.  They will receive notification of this and may wish to remove themselves.

I advise that you send them a message, using the Alert system, introducing yourself and seeking feedback on support for the scheme.
