Good afternoon

Today the Preston Neighbourhood Policing Team conducted speed enforcement in Deepdale, monitoring moving vehicles using our speed gun. 

Our aim is to prevent people from being seriously injured on the roads of Lancashire by reducing the number of collisions. This can be related to inappropriate speed. We stop and ticket drivers going above the speed limit and ensure they aren't putting anyone at risk. 

Can we please remind you that St George's Road is a 30 MPH zone. Be mindful behind the wheel.
