ROAD SAFETY

Derbyshire Constabulary's Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team would like to thank HACKWOOD PRIMARY SCHOOL for allowing us to spend time  with the year 5 and 6 pupils this afternoon! Thank you.

We have been delivering ROAD SAFETY EDUCATION AWARENESS today with some of the inquisitive young minds from our community and we were amazed at your knowledge and confidence.

Road safety awareness  is so important to entrench in our young peoples day to day routines regardless of whether they travel on foot, or bike, or travel as a passenger in a vehicle so that we-as a community-can keep everyone safe on their journeys to and from home.

Children, we  hope that you remember some of the points that we have spoken about today and that you build on your road safety awareness .

Thank you!
