Your update in relation to what your local Neighbourhood team have been up to;
Windsor Central; Sgt Day held the night time economy (NTE) resident meeting for residents to raise concerns regarding NTE matters which saw the managers of Boom bar and Labrynth also dial in to, to help problem solve issues. Sgt Day has now arranged for a partnership meeting with RBWM Council to problem solve issues around Windsor Town centre linked to Uber's and taxi's in the area as well as other matters. The team attended Eton Christmas light switch on on 14th Dec and also the Windsor Town Centre Christmas light switch on, on 16th Nov 2024, as well as joint visits with housing in relation to ASB issues.
Windsor West; The team have had meetings with key stakeholders in relation to a neighbourhood dispute to arrange a plan of action to prevent further issues, a joint visit with housing and were successful with a full closure order being granted for 3 months at an address to prevent ASB as well as key engagement at a Diwali event which was enjoyed by all.
Windsor East; PCSO Daniels and PCSO Bradfield have had held have your say events, the team have completed high visability patrols within the area. PC Gleave has now moved on to a acting sergeant role at Maidenhead Police station. There is still PC Harry Laver and now PC Jo Fallon dedicated for Windsor East.
The PC's have arrested individuals for public order offences, assault, possession of offensive weapons all over Windsor. The teams also participated in the Remembrance Sunday parade's around Windsor, completed Guard patrol duty and assisted the response teams with emergency incidents.
