We have arrested two suspected drug dealers after finding cocaine, cannabis, ketamine and cash following searches in Rugeley.
At about 10.50am this morning (Tuesday 19 November), proactive officers stopped a woman on Sandy Lane for a search. They found cocaine, ketamine, cannabis, cash and a phone. We then searched a house near Coppice Road and found more cash, cannabis and cocaine, snap bags and scales. Then, at about 12.20pm, another woman was stopped on Sandy Lane for a search. We found cocaine, along with scales, ketamine and a phone. A house was then searched on Sandy Lane, where we found cannabis and cocaine.
A 40-year-old woman, from Rugeley, has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cocaine and ketamine.A 30-year-old woman, from Rugeley, has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cocaine. They will be questioned in custody.
