On this ASB Awareness Week Leamington Spa Safer Neighbourhood Team have today secured a closure order on a property on Charles Gardner Road in the South of the town which runs for 3 months.

This property has been involved for some time in county lines drug dealing and anti-social behaviour and at the end of October there was a serious incident involving a juvenile which prompted this robust action.

We have done it before, and we'll do it again. Closure Orders are a really powerful tool at our disposal, which in this case has evicted the tenant and makes it a criminal offence for any person to enter or remain on the premises. Our officers will utilise these powers where we can.
