Community Support Appeal - Regarding off-road motor Bikes

We are asking for community support regarding the ongoing increased reports off-road motor biking on the Lickey Hills Country Park and surrounding areas.  The unauthorised activities cause extensive damage not only to the natural landscape, and recreational areas, but substantial safety risks and injury to park users.

Unfortunately most of the riders on these motor bikes do so without any visible vehicle registration, but also they conceal their identity, making it challenging to take any action against them.  Officers are currently working to try and identify individuals from images passed on by the community.  So far from information received the have issued three civil orders  against offenders.

However to further address this nuisance issue we require your assistance.  If you see off-road motor biking to report it on 101.  Detailed description of the bikes, the riders.  Where possible any CCTV or photos would be invaluable.  You can submit any of this information directly to us you local Safer Neighbourhood Police Team at hr.snt@westmercia.police.uk Your help is vital to us, that by working together we can  preserve the beauty of the area and the Lickey Hills.

Thanking you, in anticipation of any help you can give us.  Should you have any questions you can contact us on hr.snt@westmercia.police.uk

By working together we can make our community a safer and better place to live - Thank you
