Dear Resident

Hope you are all well and having a good start to your week. Here’s a quick roundup from your local policing team of some of the work we have been doing over the last couple of weeks in the Blakenall & Birchills Leamore area. 

- Members of the team attended a self care event at Bloxwich Living Centre as part of self care week 2024- 21 stands were at this event highlighting the information and support on offer in the Walsall area.

-Joint patrols were conducted with Walsall Housing Group in the Blakenall area. 

-Joint visits with Walsall Council Trading Standards were conducted at various locations across the Blakenall and Bloxwich area, which saw the seizure of a number of illegal vapes, food and drink items. 

- X2 shoplifters have been taken into custody by officers on the team, the arrests were made in the Reedswood Retail Park area. We are continuing patrols at Reedswood Retail Park to provide reassurance to customers and staff. 

-A crime prevention & Advice stall took place at Sainsbury's Reedswood Way  REEDSWOOD WAY, BLOXWICH, WALSALL, WS2 8XA.
