What’s been happening?

Officers have been busy this week keeping the streets safe. Officers have been concentrating on vehicle crime and anti-social behaviour as a high priority 

Officers have been having targets patrols of the local green spaces. We were informed of hi powered electric bikes in and around the Edgwick park area. Officers are in and around and continuing to target these riders that should not be in the park. 

Officers have also been attending multi agency meetings to discuss issues of ASB and drug taking in the area and how we can we work together to tackle the local issues and reassure residents 

Shoplifting is a issue in the local area and retail premises are noticing the effects more. Officers this week arrested a male local to the area who was responsible for 14 different offences at the same location. This male was interviewed and charged and will appear in court. Great work from local officers
