Burglaries, Thefts and suspicious incidents Middletown and Regents Estate Skipton


North Yorkshire Police are receiving a high volume of calls regards reports of suspicious incidents and associated crimes such as burglaries and thefts.

These incidents are thought to have occurred during the early hours of Sunday 24th November 2024 with Middletown and the Regents Estate being targeted.

Enquiries are underway to identify those responsible and we are aware that there is information being shared locally and on social media.

If you do have any information which you believe may assist the police in investigating these crimes then please get in touch via 101 or online.

Please also take the opportunity to review any CCTV footage that you have installed at your premises if you live in the affected areas; OR review any dashcam that you have in your vehicle, if it is parked in or around these areas.

Finally if you feel as if you may have been a victim of a crime the advice is always to make a report to the police, if you have been a victim of a crime associated with the above then your information may assist other investigations.
