Dear Residents,
What’s been happening: Burgulary’s - 1 Theft of motor vehicle – 2 Theft from shops and stalls – 4 What we’ve done: Officers have recovered a stolen Motorbike as a result of a burglary. The victim has been updated and the investigation is still being progressed as another vehicle was also damaged in the process of the crime. Officers have unfortunately attended quite a few Road Traffic Incidents this set. With the darker nights and the inclement weather, if we can remind you to take extra care when driving, and leave plenty of time to arrive at your destination. Don't leave your car keys in the ignition whilst you de-ice your vehicle - Do not give criminals the opportunity to steal your property!
A big thanks to: The members of the public who have stopped to have a chat with us on their travels, giving us updates on what is going on in their streets. It was lovely to speak to you and hear what is going on! What to look out for: Over our next six, we will be around our retail area’s and park land in between jobs. If you see us whilst we are out and about, come say ‘hi’ and let us know what is going on in your street!
What you can do: If anyone has any information on the bikes that are causing anti-social behaviour in the area, please let us know via WMNow or our neighbourhood email account; Billesley@westmidlands.police.uk Kind Regards, Billesley Neighbourhood Team 🙂
