Welcome to Neighbourhood Watch.  Thank you for speaking with me yesterday.  As promised I have passed your details to the Chief Inspector of Neighbourhood Policing and he was delighted to hear of you starting the group on Elowen Garden Village.  One of his team will be in contact with your shortly.

As promised, once you let me know how many no cold calling stickers and NW stickers you will require I will arrange for them to be posted out from Police HQ via Barbara Yates.  

I have attached a notice that you could have sent out to you for posting through the neighbours doors, you could maybe give details of your fb or group email on it as well. 

I have  realised that I do not have the document on this computer so will send it from my police volunteer email.
