In the last few weeks, we have seen an increase in vehicle crime in the village. Vehicles have been broken into and items have been stolen from inside. 

We are asking for your help to make sure that you keep your belongings out of sight and lock your vehicles. 

In addition to this, with the cold weather currently, we are asking that when you defrost your cars that you don’t leave your car engine running unattended. 

Unfortunately, we do get reports at this time of year of opportunistic thieves targeting vehicles.
