Hello Resident,

During the lead up to the Christmas Period, retail crime such as shoplifting rises. As part of Operation Vulture, an operation based around reducing and dealing with shoplifting, you will see an increase of high visibility foot patrol at key times during the day and at target locations throughout Chorley Town Centre. We will not tolerate shoplifting offences and offenders will be dealt with.

During this time we advice shops to be more vigilant around their stock, and encourage shops to report shoplifting offenses. 

We have ,Shoplifters Will Be Prosecuted, signage and information leaflets available for shops. If you would like any of these for your business I will happily drop some off for you.
