Crime Report Kirkby in Ashfield and the Rural Villages for the week to midnight Wednesday 27 November 2024


Officers from the Kirkby Neighbourhood Policing Team will be holding beat surgeries on the following dates.

Kirkby Library at Ashfield Precinct, Kirkby In Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 7BQ on Wednesday 4th December 2024 at 10:00am --11:00am.

Kirkby Beat surgery with PC Amy ROBERTS at Moor Market Cafe, 3-5 Low Moor Road, NG17 7BE on Thursday 12 December 2024 13:30 – 15:00 

Kirkby Library at Ashfield Precinct, Kirkby In Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 7BQ on Tuesday 17th December 2024 at 18:00 - 19:00.

At 9.38am on Tuesday 26 November in Lane End, Kirkby in Ashfield, both fire exit doors to the Ashfield Evergreen Centre were found open. A till was lying on the floor with some loose change around.

Theft of motor vehicle

At 7.45pm on Thursday 21 November in Sampson Street, Annesley Woodhouse, a red Ford Fiesta Titanium Turbo car was stolen.

Between 6.30pm on Thursday 21 and 8.00am on Friday 22 November in Stonechurch View, Annesley, a red Ford Fiesta car was stolen from a driveway.

Theft from motor vehicle

Between 11.00pm on Saturday23 and 10.00am on Sunday 24 November in Nottingham Road, Selston, the console cover in an unlocked grey Hyundai Tucson SE Connect car was ripped off and nine packs of tobacco were stolen.

Theft

At some time on Saturday 23 November in Abbey Road, Kirkby in Ashfield, a 40” TV, delivered by Amazon, was stolen.

At 11.26am on Sunday 24 November in Byron Road, Annesley, a report that a smart gas meter had been stolen from a garden at some time over the past three or four weeks.

At 7.30pm on Friday 22 November in Mansfield Road, Underwood, three 13/14year old teenagers were persistently throwing snow balls at the windows of a house. They ran off when the owner went out to them.

At 1.41pm on Sunday 24 November in Felley Mill Lane North, Underwood, a report of off road bikes being ridden in the woods.
